These are from last week:
Beanstalk has half an apple, a dinner roll (plain, that's what Mr. Picky likes), grapes, a Clif bar (cut in half & stacked it looks like a brownie treat), & chocolate covered & yogurt pretzels.
Beanstalk got a Lunchbox Love note too. His is not Hallowe'en though. We'd had a difficult morning and I thought he could use a message of love.
Sprout got a muffin, cookie, cheese sandwich squares, stacked, grapes, & carrots. Peeking out from under he rmuffin is a Hallowe'en chocolate, and she got a Lunchbox Love note too, packed joke side up :)
Update: In response to a comment, here is Beanstalk's lunchbox he chose that day. It was a gift from his grandma, a retro-style metal lunchbox that came filled with a Wii game and accessories :)
Ooh.. they are all fabulous, but that's a neat idea with the party platter! :)

DeleteI do agree with you on the party platter though. I've started filling one before I pick them up from school so we can get right to homework and I can't believe I never thought of it before.
What is the metal container Beanstalk's lunch is container and drink are in? I like it!
ReplyDeleteIt's a metal lunchbox, I posted a photo. We have a few metal lunchboxes now, including a Doctor Who one! They aren't very practical for the little kids (they dent easily) but they are fun for my bigger boy :)
DeleteWow, I would have been pretty peeved if I started my morning off like that. Kudos on keeping your cool! The lunches look great, I don't know how you do it! You pack so many great and different lunches all at once! Truly, fantastic work!
ReplyDeleteYummy! These look great :D No one can turn off my alarm clock because Kidlet is it :P He wakes up at 6am always. I haven't needed an alarm clock in almost 12 years! No idea what I'm going to do if he starts sleeping in haha
